This presentation is intended to provide the inspector with a comprehensive methodology for evaluating water intrusion in homes. We will address client experiences, performance and maintenance history of the home, visible evidences, building science, diagnostic tools and industry standard guidelines.

While the inspection may differ by client need, you need to be aware of and ready for each request. ie, flooded house, odor issue, tenant complaint, post storm, commercial building, wife complaint, etc.
