This is an entire series from ground breaking to final walk-through led by multi-trade contractor, building inspector and expert witness, Jeff Clair!  You don’t want to miss a class!

First class will cover the ever-popular blueprint reading.  Upcoming classes will include truss package installation, site prep, pre-slab, framing, MEP roughs, etc. This class does not repeat.

Class 2 (8/1/23) – Truss Installation (Recorded Course available now)
Class 3 (8/22/23 7AM) – Pre-Slab Inspections
Class 4 (9/5/23 7AM) – Masonry Walls (Recorded Course available now)
Class 5 (9/19/23 7AM) – Floor and Ceiling Truss (Recorded Course available now)
This class will cover floor and ceiling truss setting and attachment as well as roof and wall sheathing installation according to on-site blueprints.
Class 6 (10/10/23 7AM) – Windows and Doors (Recorded Course available now)
Class 7 (10/31/23 7AM) – Roof dry-ins and exterior envelope (Recorded Course available now)
